課程概述 |
修課條件:心理學研究所工商組研究生必修、其他組研究生選修。其餘欲修課者需先修習普通心理學並取得授課教授同意。
課程目的:培養進行工商心理學研究之基礎知識。
課程內容:工商心理學簡介、組織行為重要議題介紹、組織行為研究在台灣、消費及人事心理學介紹。
上課方式:每週依主題,進行報告與討論。
成績評量:課程參與30%、期末報告40%、期末考試30%。
